Once customized, our plans are designed to be integrated seamlessly with your property, optimized for energy efficiency and insulation values based on your specific location. After finalizing any custom elements or changes to the plan, we will coordinate what is necessary for permit and construction documents. We will work with your team of sub-consultants such as structural engineers, surveyors, civil engineers and landscape Architects through the process to finalize a construction set.
